Göksu Park Mosque

Göksu Park Mosque constitutes one of the more intimate architectural nodes inside the namesake urban park. Developed as an interpretation of square plan scheme and pitched roofs found in traditional Ankara mosque structures, the white cubic mosque emerges out from an andesite retaining wall. Series of square clerestory windows underneath the eave convey the building scale from the exterior while creating a homogeneously illuminated indoor praying area.
