Cyberpark Incubation Center and Administrative Building

The Incubation center and Administrative Building rises within Bilkent University Cyberpark Campus. The center founded with the aim of creating a working milieu to entrepreneurial companies and people engaged in Research and Development activities will house offices of different sizes, a laboratory, library and a conference hall. The restaurants, cafés, branch offices of banks, fitness center and a few shops taking place on the ground floor extend service to Cyberpark in general.

The Incubation center has been designed in a way that will support the office lifestyle opening to internal and external spaces of common use within the context of the university campus and create defined urban areas between the existing structures of Cyberpark and those to be constructed in the future. The existing twin office buildings of Cyberpark and the entrance area between them are positioned on an artificial ground level, with levels of car park floors underneath. This ground structure has played a determining role in the positioning of the new center project. A narrow and long structure extending lengthwise towards the twin offices and the square, balancing them with its own height has been proposed.
